Co-ordinated outfit of the day

Most of the time when I go shopping for clothes, I tend to purchase more work wear than anything. I suppose it’s not necessarily a bad thing seeing as this is what I wear five days a week. Personally, I think it’s important to have a variety of statement and key pieces in my wardrobe so I’m able to mix and match much more effectively.

I have a range of bright and light coloured, printed and plain trousers and I can pull them all off with plain shirts and tops just because it’s so much easier to do so! I no longer have to worry what I have to wear the second I’m ready to get dressed!

So with this in mind, I thought I’d demonstrate an outfit that you guys can all wear! It proved to be a popular picture on Instagram so I had to share it. It’s simple, but the small details make this look so pretty!

What  I love about this outfit is that there is only one statement piece (of course the trousers). The baby pink in my shirt combined with the pink flats go beautifully with my go-to watch and white in the shirt. Most importantly, this outfit was really comfortable throughout a long day! Style and comfort can go well together if you put thought into your outfit 😉 .  A good tip is to find out the material of your clothing as this will give you a good indication of comfort, for example loose cottons, elastic etc.

What I wore:

Armani watch

H&M trousers

Missguided shirt

Kurt Geiger flats

Hope this post has inspired you to make more use of your plains and prints that may be hiding away.

Next post will be on the wonderful wedding weekend I attended, with details on my hair and makeup! So keep an eye out  :)!!

Lots of beauty kisses xxxx
